Privates:
This one on one session with you and your teacher utilizes the Pilates repertoire. Private Sessions help to better understand and connect to the fundamentals of Pilates as it applies to your individual needs. This workout is great for beginners, seniors, moms, students, men, as well as advanced level clients looking to intensify their current workout program. Each 55 minutes session is customized to each clients individual needs and goals.

Duets:
A duet is a private session with two participants and one instructor. Duets are a cost effective way to get a personalized workout. It’s also nice to workout with a friend, colleague or partner to help keep you motivated. Each Duet session is 55 minutes.

Group Equipment Class:
Equipment based class is a fun and cost effective way to experience Pilates in a group environment. The class will consist of a series pre-choreographed movements based on the class description. You must have completed a minimum of 3 or more private sessions and receive instructor approval before taking a class. Classes may not be suitable for those clients with chronic injuries.

Terms:
- All sessions must be pre-paid and by appointment only
- Single sessions expire 30 days from date of purchase
- 8 session packages expire 75 days from first date of use
- 10 to 15 session packages expire 120 days from first date of use
- 24 cancellation notice is required. Late cancellations will result in the forfeiture of session or class
- There is a 2 client minimum for an equipment based class to be held. All sales are final and no refunds
